Hey, new member here, was wondering if it would be possible to get a look at the monthly newsletter. Would be great to get some insight to help me decide if should subscribe.

There's no cost to get the newsletter, but you will need a membership to see the reviews linked in it.

Even though I signed up I can’t see anything but the same sign up opening page once copy paste the link on Google

Yes, if you're familiar with the area, you can probably guess some of the names, but to read the reviews, you need to be a board member. You can sign up for a month and cancel anytime.
