I paid for lifetime, but my PM to blueman account seems to be stuck in outbox and won't go to Sent. Can I please get access?

I registered ages ago and am now interested in upgrading to a full membership, but I can't find the instructions email on how to do so. Would it be possible to resend the instructions to my account?
