Title basically. The rates look way too good and they offer way too much. I'll attach images of what I'm talking about.

I've contacted these ads before just to see what's up and even went as far as trying to schedule a time to try and see if it's a deposit scam but it's not that. Haven't wanted to take it the whole way to see if it's even a real woman there who's just trying to take my money and give no service or something, which is what I imagine it is. Before taking it to that level to simply satiate my curiosity I figured I'd at least try to see if anyone has done this.

Honestly even if that's the case the price is still great for FS considering the lowest you typically find here is 160/hr
Edit: also the girl in the picture obviously isn't real because these ads get ran everywhere on LL
