How common is BBFS these days?

Just curious on peoples thoughts... I'm fairly new to the bbfs scene, only within the past 4 years. But it seems to me that its becoming more and more common with providers offering it. i've been into the scene for about 22 years, and I think back even ten years ago and it was far more rare than it is today.

Is it really that more common now? or has it always been like this, just that I'm subconsciously gravitating more to those providers who offer it?

I don't know if it's more common or about the same.
On one hand, I'm seeing a lot of ladies on LeoList aren't giving bare blow jobs or charging a big markup for it over text. On the other hand, there are new drugs on the market that make it safer. I think it's more to do with economics and other factors I'd guess.
