Came across this province of Ontario website that indicates links to anonymous testing centres where name and address aren't needed. https://www.ontario.ca/page/sexually-transmitted-infections-tests

Anyone know if this is accurate? I thought the only place that did this kind of anonymous ...

ummm ... women don't pee out of their vagina. Don't know how that would help them.
