I've only been tested a few times and they said they'd just call me if there was any issue, that's just from the tests requested at a family doctor.

I've recently been asking a lot more sps for bb and a few have said maybe if theres test results but I dont know how to get those.

You can get them from your doctor. They should be able to give you copies of the test results, but you'll probably have to go in person.
